With expertise in retail design, tenant coordination, and fit-out management, Vindico has delivered with almost 70+ fit-outs completed for retail premises offering Jio World Drive, a first premium retail destination in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai

We joined hands with the developers & designers to integrate and propel retail delivery by offering smart tenant coordination systems and fit-out management for a smart layout in the shopping complex for 70+ brands including retail design & opening of completed fit-outs individually too. With a smart integration of design in accordance with premises rules, the brand fit-outs were created in a way to reflect brand personality to complement the overall structure of the shopping complexes.

Some of the major brands that would showcase their collections at premises in Jio World Drive are the biggest names in the world like Michael Kors, Bally, Tumi, Starbucks, Onitsuka Tiger, West Elm, and many more on the inner sections of the structures and brands like Emporio Armani, Mont Blanc, Coach, Nike, Hugo Boss, Paul Smith are just to name a few with dramatic external facades that blend with the base structures to bring out the brand’s persona.

A much-awaited destination, the 17-acre property features a shopping centre, office spaces, a multiplex flanked by upcoming serviced apartments, a luxurious hotel, a prestigious membership club as well as a smartly designed collection of open-air green spaces that act as recreational areas too.
