“The effort we put into realising new brands and concepts is matched by Vindico’s effort in supporting and challenging us through the design and fitout process.”

Emirates Leisure Retail
Marc McQuain and Peter Row developed a passion for opening shopping centres after working on industry defining projects across Australia, the USA and Europe.
On one side, working with the entrepreneurial creativity of brands and diversity of the businesses behind them. On the other, taking on the high pressure, fast paced world of retail development. And by being in the middle, becoming the team with a mandate to bring it all together with an unwavering focus on delivering what customers will experience on opening day.
That passion became a business in 2002 and Vindico has been connecting brands and buildings ever since.
The working relationship between retail and real estate was already evolving before five years of change was packed into five months in 2020.
As a business, this is our third recession and with each has come reinvention. As an industry, the acceleration of change is seismic and universal. We have always been where offer, environment and experience meet – physically, with granularity and certainty, and we have always confronted challenges, sought the best solutions and played the long game.
There has never been a better time to work with the forward thinking brands, developers, managers and partners who will shape the reinvention of retail real estate.
“It’s not up to individuals, governments, or non-profit organisations to take action. Business must stand up to the challenge. Business can and should be a force for good.”

For every brand we open, we give the opportunity of education. Working with B1G1, Vindico gives schooling to children in India every time a shop or restaurant we help deliver opens its doors. By simply doing what we do, we are able to be a force for good.
